My theory is that her husband Josiah Treadwell II was some sort of loyalist to England - either that or she and her husband Josiah Treadwell changed religions. There is something hinky since as the oldest son he wasn't even mentioned in the will and kinda disappeared from CT. Finding out about female ancestors is TOUGH! Maggie
