Hi List, I am hoping someone out there cane help me over this hurdle. I am desperate....lol...I spent the day at the State Library in Hartford on Tuesday, the 18th. A really great place!! I found lots of good stuff. Being from Rhode Island, I can't get out there that much, so I am reaching out here for some help/guidance. I am now stopped at CHARLES MORRELL who was born in Fairfield County in c. 1809. I believe in Greenwich. His first wife was Phebe (?) who died on Sept. 16 1851. Charles died on October 19, 1893 at age 84yrs, 8mos, 10 days. They rae both buried in Unoin Cemetery in Greenwich. He had lots of children including: Charles E. born c. 1833 Sarah G. born c. 1835 William born c. 1837 Margarite born c. 1839 Catherine E. born 1841 Mary S. born 1843 Victor V. born 1845 (my ggg grandfather) with second wife JULIA FERRIS (widow of Luther STUDWELL) Wallace P. born c. 1853 Amos born c. 1855 Phebe J. born 1857 Washington S. born c. 1860 Julia A born ? I am hoping that someone out there may have these names in their database of can direct me where to inquire. Most of the Morrell's, if not all, are from Fairfield County in Connecticut, mainly Danbury, Greenwich, and Stamford. Hoping to hear from you, Dennis Morrell Rhode Island
