I have a direct line from Ira Hainer Sturdevant m. Ascenth Lilly. She was born in Vermont. How does Justus Sturdevant spell his name? Why and When did the different families change the spelling of their names? Do you know the stories and histories of the different Sturdevants (Sturtevants) (Sturdivants)?
