Nov. 1797 in ? and died 1833 in PA. She was married to John Wagner. I have found several Ruggles that were in Luzerne County, PA at the proper time. Can anybody tell me who the parents were of my Mary Ann Ruggles. I believe Eden is a possibility and also Joseph Ruggles as both were in PA. However, Mary Ann could well have been born in CT as I can find no records of her birth in PA. Thank you for any information. On Family Search it shows several Ruggles that were born in Fairfield County.
