I apologize if this is redundant, but I have mislaid or erased a message (can't find it any way) that explained what to do if searching for someone who probably died in Connecticut but one is not sure where, and as we know the records are maintained by township rather than by county. Someone kindly posted on this topic not long ago. I think the idea was to communicate with the State Vital Records office and request them to identify the location of the death record. Can the person who posted this please advise me if this is correct? Thank you. Andrea Vangor
