I´m looking for my ancestors and relatives in connecticut. My mother´s grand father was Clarence Burr Byxbee, born 1886 in connecticut, son of Orin Burr Byxbee and Armenia Blinker. Clarence married Stella Chinchilla 1912 in Brooklin. I need every information about they and their descendants or relatives . Thank you.

My 3gtgrandmother, Rachel Mosher married Jacob Ferris and had 9 children that they raised in NYC, but they had a strong connection with Greenwich Ct as they are buried there and some of their children, as adults moved there and nearby. Four of the children were born between 1802 and 1818 and five we have no dates for. Have spouses names: Mary Eddy, Jane June, Mary Luther, George Downs, Joseph Spencer, John Henry Voss, and possibly a Palmer. Does anyone have any information about this family or their spouses? I do not know the birth data for either Rachel or her husband, Jacob. Does anyone have access to the records of Second Congregational Church in Greenwich, as they are in charge of the Union Cemetery where many in this family are buried. Possibly they attended this church and I would like very much to be able to access their parish records to investigate this possibility. I would appreciate any help that anyone might offer. Many thanks, Marion On 12 Aug 2001 17:53:22 -0600 ransom4164@home.com writes: > > > Hi, Mark! > According to the information that my dad's aunt researched a long > time ago, Frances Mahala Mosher is my 3Ggrandmother. I really don't know - only got my info from others' research. I only show two wives of Jehu Burr, Jr. 1624-1692: Elizabeth Prudden w/daughter Joanna Burr b 1676 (my ancestor) & Esther Ward w/son Daniel Burr
Just discovered your reply to my query last March re: Watsons of Greenwich. Don't think that Samuel is in my line, but belated thanks for your reply.
I have Esther Ward as one of the three wifes of Jehue Burr, other two are Elizabeth Pruden, and Mary Ward. I have Esther as the mother of Peter and Daniel Burr. Was my sources wrong?

Hello folks. Hope all is well with you. Daniel Millen and Sarah Esther [???] Millen were living in Ann Arbor, Washtenaw Co., MI by the 1840s. Daniel was born in CT, possibly Fairfield Co., in the early 1790s. Sarah was born in Southbury, New Haven Co., CT, on Feb 3, 1794. All their children were born in CT, some in Newtown, Fairfield Co. Known children are Julia A. (1817), Chauncey Hatch (1821), Daniel S. and Philo B. (1823), George William (1824-1825). I am hoping that they were married in either Fairfield Co. or New Haven Co. If anyone can help me with information about this marriage, I would really appreciate it. I would really like to know Sarah's maiden name. Thank you.
