Ganoung married into Harford family several times in the early 1800's in the same area as yours. Small world.. I would appreciate you keeping your eyes open for me for any James, Thomas or Peter Harford connections..Looking for parents of John Harford b.abt. 1789 in Pound Ridge, NY...not many Harfords around. Also did some checking up on your Nathaniel Mead...Have you been on the Roots Web World Connect site...If not go there and type in Nathaniels name and go to page 9 and scroll down to the 19th entry and it is him...listing more children. I see they ended up in Roxbury, Dele. Co. NY..I have been to that site many times as some of my Fitch's came from there. If you go to Roots Web Deleware . Co. site and on the search engine put in Nathaniel Mead and in the drop down list click on "exact words" you will find several of them...I only checked on a couple of them...must be their ties up there . Also ! came across the Ganoung name in one of the articles If you can't find these sites get back to me.. Good luck....Sandee .

Surnames: Boughton Street, house # 12 Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/TZ.2ADE/4365 Message Board Post: I own the house that was built on 12 Boughton Street, Danbury, and later moved to another location in Danbury in 1966, and was hoping someone out there might have old photos of Boughton Street that might show this house before it was moved. I will be happy to cover any cost involved in making copies if any photos are available. Also the home of D. P. Nichols, which stood on the corners of Main & Boughton where the Danbury Police Station is today. This house was moved to Boughton St. to make way for the Old High School which predated the Police Station at the same location. I have a copy of an aerial photograph taken in 1946, but need something ground level. I know the Gillotte/Gillotte family lived there before it was moved. Thanks in advance for any help. David Smith
