CRV members. I have just gotten around to varifying this line. and I have found problems with Hannah GILBERT's information. I have she married Joseph CHAMBERLAIN 28 August 1682 which I have been able to verify but who is she some records say she is the daughter of John GILBERT and Hannah BLACKMAN but since this couple married in 1684 it would appear that they are in the same generation. some say she is the Hannah born and christened in 1677 but this would make her age 7 at her marriage other records put her born 21 Jan 1664 in Stratford, Fairfield, Connecticut but I cannot find this birth in the records. I believe there are those on this list that may have this couple in their ancestry. So do any of you know Hannah's ancestry. I think that the record is correct in that her father is probably John GILBERT but which one? Thanks Krys That would make sence to me I got the other information mainly from the Ancestrial File and we know that it has lots of errors but it is a very good starting point as we all should know that we need to verify every thing and I am now updating that portion of my genealogy and adding it to my web site. Do you have any idea the ancestry of Nathaniel CHAMBERLAIN's wife Elizabeth HUNKINS.
