The book is available on Fiche through your local Family History Center if you have one. Fiche are only $.15 a sheet at my Family History Center and should be about the same at yours. Once you order a fiche they stay in your Family History Center and become part of their collection. The Fiche # for the book is 6087250 and their are 11 fiche with it.
