Good Morning Budd, I'm curious about Joel HARVEY found in Chittenend Co., VT in 1791. I have been tracking several Joel H.s in CT, MA, NH, and VT and this particular fellow just seems to have popped up out of nowhere for this census enumeration and then disappears from view again - any clues?
