Have just started on the BUMPS themselves, but the websites I am looking at include the other names you mentioned. Discovered the BUMPS, etc. started in Marshfield, MA and many continued in MA, so am trying to fit in my other names to see where they might have met. A Hannah PHILLIPS died at 95 in Wyoming County, NY about 1860 something. She lived with a BUMP family for a number of years. I have seen Hannah fairly regularly in the BUMP family, so I wonder if she were a mother, grandmother, or aunt, etc., whose original name was BUMP. Anyway, as they say, the plot thickens.
