Benjamin died at New Haven, New Haven, Connecticut. In his will of 7 Aug 1669 he is called "aged abt fourscore" (a score is 20 years). His wife Ann (LADD) WILMOT died 7 Oct 1668 at New Haven, New Haven, Connecticut.. In Benjamin's will he names 3 children. Their children were all born in England.. Two of their children, Benjamin 2) & Ann 2) (WILMOT) BUNNILL were deceased by 1659 when their father Benjamin 1) died. Three children of the son Benjamin and four children of the daughter Ann were to stand in place of their parents..altho his property was small. The children of Benjamin 1) and Ann (LORD) WILMOT were: 1. Benjamin 2) WILMOT b abt 1620 md 1644 Elizabeth widow of Mr HEATON; Benjamin died 1651 I listed their children yesterday 2. Ann 2) WILMOT md 1640/1645 William BUNNELL , William died 1654 and Ann died before 1659 both in New Haven, New Haven, Connecticut. I only know of 2 children of Ann and William, and I don't know their birth dates, they were born New Haven, New Haven, Connecticut. a. Elizabeth md3) 1700 at New Haven TO: Edmund DORMAN the widower of Hannah HULL. b. Nathaniel BUNNELL 3. William WILMOT 14 Oct 1658 md Sarah THOMAS d/o John and Tabitha (...?...) THOMAS William died 1689. William and Sarah were parents of 10 children all born New Haven, New Haven, Connecticut. a. Benjamin WILMOT 7 Mar 1661 b. Sarah WILMOT 8 Mar 1662/3 - 1731 c.
