Wilbraham is in Hampden County.....right next door to me. **Wilbraham originally was part of Springfield until 1763. ** new town of Hampden taken from part of W., 1878 There is a historical society in W. small town, zip code 01095 ------------------------------- 2. Sandwich.....formed 1638 * Bourne was est.from part of Sandwich, 1884. * Barnstable also formed 1638.......... Both towns were 1638......rest of the changes were just bounderies.
