Does anyone have similar knowledge of Derby, New Haven Co., CT? Some info I have contains "Derby,Fairfield, CT" which I do not understand (1700's). Cynthia wrote: > 1. Derby, CT Derby, est 1675, parent town - none, New Haven County, Derby Probate District was est. 1858 out of New Haven Probate District. I really recommend that each of us purchase Handbook for NE Research of somesuch which will guide us along in these questions. susan
