Hi, everyone... Looking for a given name (and dates, etc.) for a woman whose surname was GALUSHA. I have no dates for her unfortunately. She may have been born in the Lanesborough area.. ?? GALUSHA married Isaac SMITH, who was born in Lanesborough, Berkshire Co., MA, in 1768. [He was the son of Col. Jonathan and Esther (?) (BACON ?) SMITH.] Isaac and his unnamed wife moved north to Vergennes, VT, where they had their second child, Eliza, born in 1798. She later married Samuel Paddock STRONG. (Any help on the children of this couple would be appreciated, too!) The first child of Isaac and ?? (Galusha) SMITH was Mary Ann (no dates for her nor a birth location) who married Carleton STEVENS in Vergennes, VT in 1846 (Any help with this couple would be most appreciated!) Then the couple's third child, Jacob SMITH, was born in Sunderland, Bennington Co., VT, in 1804. He later moved back to Vergennes, and died there. (He had been married to Mary Barnes HUDSON, who was born in Putney, VT.) Thanks, all... Susan
