The Library no doubt may have list of businesses in those days or city directory. Lastly, the local newspaper may have a "newspaper morgue" or files retaining information from the past. Both the library and the newspaper may have newspaper films from thise period also. All can be obtained via inter-library loan. As your librarian how this can be done. Good hunting.
