    3. I looked in "the" Chase book, "Seven Generations of Aquila and Thomas Chase" With just a quick look there are about thirty-five listed in the index; meaning a marriage connection to Chase. I did NOT see any matching those listed on the post. However, I would be willing to get them together and post if an interest is expressed. Harriet Chase

    1. [CRV] Lookup Requests & E-Mails with Attachments
    2. I receive on average about 15 lookup requests a week. I also receive contributions from some of these people with permission to merge their research into my database which I share without restrictions. Please take the time to insure you fill in the subject line and include a short summary for all e-mails with attachments. I correspond with several of you on and on going bases. However, if I don't recognize you by your e-mail name or you fail to include a topic in the subject line - these e-mails are deleted. I've receive several of these e-mails this week. If your still waiting for a reply to a look up request, you may want to resend your request. Regards, Paul

    1. [CRV] Availability of Vital Records of Warwick Mass.
    2. Jean, I copied the complete book last year while in SLC at the FHC. I've obtain permission from Marilyn Allred (not related) to merge her research into my database for Franklin County, Mass. It's my understanding that she spent about 3 years compiling the information contained in the book. It was a labor of love, that required a great deal of time on her part reading old vital records which where microfilm records. It's my understanding - She printed 5 copies: 1 place in the LDS FHC in SLC (the copy I found); 3 copies were sent to Warwick, Mass. (which were lost) and 1 copy retained by her. Three additional copies were copied and forward to the town clerk; town librarian, and historical society. As you can guess, they were thrilled to receive these copies (I believe they also paid for the 2nd printing). The book was not published for public sell, I believe she had it printed at Kinko's. It's a nice privately printed book. If you have family that resided in Warwick, send me a few names and I'll if there listed in the book. If they are, I'll merge the information into the database and forward you an ancestral or descendant report with notes and sources. Regards, Paul

    3. Does anyone have this issue of the Genealogist? I would live to have a copy. It was posted in the Ashcraft Genforum in July 1999 by Leslie Mahler. It goes: I dont know how many of caught this, but the newest issue of The American Genealogist has an article (by Gale Ion Harris) on Hannah Osborne, who married John Ashcraft in Stonington, CT on 12 dec 1670. The article shows that after John died, Hannah was married to Deliverance Blackman, and she was still living in 1719.

    3. Have reached an impasse. I am looking for 3rd great grandparents. Not sure where they were born or married. I do know they were John May married to Hannah Weston. I do know they had son John May born in 1820 Burlington, VT. Son John May lived in Richmond, VT. 1st wife Parmelia Alger, 2nd wife: Nellie Ellen Bingham. (my line). I did find a Hannah May on 1850 census and she could have been the right age, (our family has very long gevity). Anyhow, I sent to Litchfield, CT. (this is where Hannah May was living during census) and they had no record of a Hannah May. Any help greatly appreciated. Sandy

    1. [CRV] Hannah Osborn, the daughter of John Osborn
    2. Donna
    3. I need help in getting my Hannah Osborns straighten out. The John Osborn that married Ann Oldage (only child of Richard Oldage) They had a daughter Hannah on Dec 18, 1657 at Windsor, Weymouth, MA. Does anyone have the birth records for this town to see if it was 1657 or 1651 and if it listed parents.? According to jancestry website below they have this Hannah (John and Ann Oldage Osborn) married 1st to Elias Shadock (DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT Year?) and Benjamin Eggleston in 1678. In the 2nd website below it has this same Hannah (of John and Ann Oldage) born in Dec 18 1651 and married to John Ashcraft (September 12, 1670 in Stonington, New London County Connecticut.) He died in 1680 and she married second Deliverance Blackman (1695 in Stonington, New London County Connecticut ). Now in Savage it lists the Shaddock and Eggleston marriages A Genealogical Dictionary of The First Settlers of New England, Before 1692 Volume #3 Oderic - Osier By James Savage http://www.usgennet.org/usa/vt/state/savage/bk3/oderic-osier.htm OSBORN, OSBOURN, or OSBURN, . Elias Shadduck, and next, m. 6 Mar. 1678, Benjamin Eggleston In the third webpage has her married to first Ashcraft, then Shaddock then Eggleston. However, if she married Ashcraft in 1670, Shaddock in 1676 and Eggleston in 1678 There is a problem in Ashcraft didn't die in 1680! And what about poor Deliverance Blackman who was supposed to have married her in 1695. Eggleston didn't die until 1709? So the Hannah Osborn I care about is the wife of John Ashcraft. who was her mother if not Ann Oldage???
