She was unmarried and just turned 17. She later married Earle Grosgebauer and he informally adopted the child. The childs name was Donald Richard. I am assuming his last name was Crystal as that was Pauline's maiden name at the time of the birth. Pauline is dead as is Earl. This information cannot hurt them but it would be so helpful to have.
