    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/xdQ.2ACIB/3.29.32.1 Message Board Post: Judy, I went to the local genealogy library today and looked up the census for the Henry KRUMRINE who I've been saying all along to you that I thought was your Christiana's father. I checked the 1850 and 1860 Censuses of Centre Co., PA and found Henry KRUMRINE and his wife Susan(nah) in both censuses with their family. The 1850 Census has their dau. Christina as age 2 yrs. and the 1860 Census has that dau. called Christian, age 12, but calls her a "male" rather than a female....but she is a "female" in the 1850 Census. In order to be certain that this is your Christi(a)na, you should try to order a probate (will or other record) for this Henry KRUMRINE from Centre Co., PA. If he died there, there will be some record of his estate if he owned any land and did not deed it away before his death. I would be more comfortable with this placement for your Christi(a)na if we had some other record than the census to prove a connection between them. If this is Christi(a)na's parents, then we have the line back to 1592 in what is now Germany, but was then a collection of provinces each ruled by a different prince. If this is correct, then you should try to get to a branch Mormon Library where you can order and read all of the information that I have on your KRUMREIN (the way it was spelled in Germany) ancestors. The Frederick that you mentioned in your message was the brother of this Henry and I have their ancestry in the above microfilms back to 1592. They descend from Hans Michael KRUMREIN who came to this country in 1732. Good luck! Dolores
