James is shown as J. F., and Jessis as J. S. C.C and Aurilla are listed as 3 and 1, so your info is correct. Also on the places of birth of the parents. Unfortunately, there were at least four lines of Crumps in NC during the time these were born there. But, it appears to me that James F. may be the James son of Alexander in Stanly Co, NC in 1850.
