Hi Vearl. Thank you for the comments re John and ancestors. I am convinced that this is the same John, who married Elizabeth Byrd, as well as Malinda. Too bad they did not require full names back then. I have a great grandfather who had the full name of "Robert John Cason William Crump" !! As for Nancy, who married Francis Tincher, let me say that "Nancy" was a nickname for Ann, and Mary Ann is a common name for this line of Crumps. Another comment. Did you notice a "Verlinda Harding" in the the comments for William F. Crump ? It makes me think that your name. Vearl, might be a derivitive of that name. Any Hardings in your line ?
