Fred Sorry it took this long to reply. I think this is the same John. I have three documents dealing with this Nanc y and John. I. A prenup for Mary Crump and Smith King dated 12-9-1800 from Montgomery County Ky. Witness by John, Richard and Betsey Crump. 2. Settlement deed dated April 1811 and signed by among others John and Elizabeth Crump. Apparently from Turner Crump estate. 3. Kentucky Historical Society archives death records for "Tincher, Nancy Aged 48 d.Sept. 13, 1853: Marred: parents Jno. and Mary Crump: birthplace Virginia" MAYBE John was married to a Mary first or for some reason Malinda was called Mary ?? several other John Crump and Reuben Hunt descendants were married were married in this time period. Hope this helps. Vearl ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
