I am researching the ancestry of Joshua Crump, 1st sheriff of Hart Co., KY. He married Polly Patterson and they had 12 children. I think that Edward Crump of James City, VA was possibly his father, and maybe Thomas Crump(e), Jr. then Thomas Crump(e) may have been his grandfather, however, this is just a guess. If anyone has any leads, thanks!
