It explains the why the merger took place and how it will effect everyone that uses RootsWeb. I am researching the ancestry of Joshua Crump, 1st sheriff of Hart Co., KY. He married Polly Patterson and they had 12 children. I think that Edward Crump of James City, VA was possibly his father, and maybe Thomas Crump(e), Jr. then Thomas Crump(e) may have been his grandfather, however, this is just a guess. Hi Everyone, For the last three weeks maybe longer I have been very slow if at all in responding to requests or to emails. For this I apologize. I have been not been well due to a medication change, which caused a sever reaction. But all is well not and I am back on my feet as if nothing happened! For which I am very happy about!
