    3. Margaret, I agree with you on this Thomas Jefferson, son of Benjamin Newton. Now I am seeking info on this Thomas Jefferson, son of John Clark and Jane Crumley, Crumly. He is probably the one who married Sara Fields. I would like to know how many children that Thomas and Sara had and the order of their birth. I have a obituary from The Rome News Tribune, Rome,Floyd Co., Ga that says a Clarence Jefferson Sr. was a son of a Thomas Jefferson and Sara Fields of Birmingham, Jefferson Co., Al.. This obituary says Clarence was born 3-18-1900 and died 4-15-1953 in Rome, Ga.. If I can find how many children this last Thomas Jefferson, then I can compile my info on Clarence Jefferson Sr. as I have all necessary info on him. Someone must have all info on this Thomas Jefferson, son of John Clark. Let me hear from You ASAP. 3. Truett, your original inquiry showed birthdate of TJC that is buried in Crumly Chapel UMC Cemetery. This is my grandmother's brother. The birthdate of the one, son of John and Jane Crumly, is different. This one is Not buried in Crumly Chapel Cem. even tho you state from the obit Thomas Jefferson & Sara Fields Crumly were of Birmingham, Jefferson Co. AL. I know nothing about him or his burial, but would suspect he might be buried in Crossville area??? But be sure you show the different birthdates, please.. this may keep them separated.
