John Crumley, son of Thomas Crumley and Elizabeth Gardner, was born 6 April 1813. He married Julia F. Giesey in Harrison County on 17 March 1864. They had one known child, a daughter, Ella, mentioned in the settlement of John's estate. He died 18 April 1865 and is buried at the Dickerson M.E. Church near Cadiz. Julia survived John, but I do not know what became of her. A Julia F. Crumley married David H. Tweedy in Jefferson County, Ohio on 5 November 1873, but I have not yet determined whether she was John's widow, though it seems probable. I do not know when Julia died, where she is buried, nor do I know anything else of the daughter, Ella.
