Paul, maybe you have this information. A Mercer researcher quotes a Mercer history that Edward Mercer had two wives. He claimed his first wife was Ann Coats. She was suppose to have died before he came to America and they had the following children: Richard Elizabeth ( she married William Heath and he was named in her brother John's will.) John Moses Than Edward married a 2nd time and the 2nd wife's name was Ann Gamble. There children were: Hannah Edward Aaron So I guess what I'm asking is, do we know who Hannah's mother was - documented? And did Edward have two wives? Arlettia
