I've went through about half of my files and found nothing yest on the murder in Fannin County, Ga. I did find a death certificate for John Elwood and his wife Susan Cox Crumley. John Elwood Crumley was born (looks like April 26, 1856). Date of death is March 29, 1936, in Barry County, Missouri. He was 79 years 9 months and 3 days old. He was born in Fannin County, Georgia. His father's name was Ervin Crumley, born in Georgia and his mother's maiden name was Taylor, born in Georgia. The death certificate was filled out by, Ervin Crumley, Stark City, Missouri. He is buried in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Lawrence County, Missouri Susan B. Cox Crumley was 3 -13 -1858 and died April 6, 1936 in Barry County. Susan and her parents were born in Georgia The Informant was Elwood Crumley of Fairview, Missouri Susan was buried in Mt. Olive Cemetery Missouri State Board of Health file number on John Elwood Crumley is 9150 On Susan its 13971 The attending doctor is S.A. Russell or Fairview, Missouri Bradley funeral Home of Fairview was in charge on both deaths. Hope this helps someone. I'm still looking.
