Since we all have James, etc or George etc, It seems like we should just be sending our information on our line , or we send to a sub committee , like maybe Laurie, Shirley and I work on Spencer Crumley, then join Billy and Donna to work on Thomas C. etc. No one should have to merge James or George's information a dozen times, trying to set this up. On this I agree with Tricia. We certainly don't need the whole list sending in James I and Catherine. I suggested in my line to take Paul Nichols Crumley Web site which is on line and documented from James to William to James to Henry and than he goes on down to Robert ( his line ) . I branch off at Henry and could send in Andrew on down. A lot less duplication. As far as I know, there aren't anymore connected to Andrew Polk, out there - or is there? That's what I'm trying to get a tiny handle on. We'll appoint a sub-chair for each major branch all the way down. Each sub-chair can communicate on the side with other relatives in that branch and set up sub-sub-chairs, etc. If it gets too messed up, we'll just have everyone sent their info directly to whomever volunteers to be the kidney and filter it. ha ha ha Jerry
