Author: jbthomp10 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.cronk/553/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I'm looking for a (William) John Cronk who was married to a Sarah (McAnichie) in the mid 1840's & they had a total of 6 chidren , James b. 1847 , Sarah Ann b. 1850 , John b. 1856 , Eliza b. 1860 , George b. 1862 , & Alexander b. 1865 .This family resided in the Northumberland , Peterborough area of Ontario & they would be my great great grandparents. Alexander Cronk married Liddy Ann Horton ( my great grandparents )( from Ops Township ) in 1890 at Woodville , Ontaio & they had a daughter named Eliza Cronk born in 1892 who married my Grandfather Joseph John Carroll.
