I can't make out two of the other children's names, but one is named Sarah. I also have a birth record for Edith Dingman, born to Samantha and Hezekiah in November 1878. Another tree online shows other children of the couple to be Nicholas Dingman (1860), Charles H (1861), Harriet V (16 Oct 1872) and Walter V (1875), although I have no confirmation of these at this time. Lastly, I now have a death record for Sarah's mother, Sarah Cronk (possibly nee Chrystler), who died in Northumberland County, Ontario on 15 Jul 1873.
