I haven't come across any Totten families yet, but I am just begining my search of the Cronk line. I know there was also some Cronks living in Isabella County, Mich. I don't think that line had a John, I believe that family also immigrated to Michigan from Ontario. I feel there could be some connection there, because the towns they lived in were less than 20 miles apart.
