She was born in Kendallville, Noble County, IN and is buried in Lakeview cemetery in Kendallville. Laura's parents were Archibald Crofoot (1822 - 1892) and Amanda M. Green (1831 - 1907). According to my information both were born in New York state and died in Kendallville, IN. Amanda's parents were Elisan Green and Catherine Carr.
