Hi Mary Zeljko is a mans name it has a really nice meaning, it is my cousins second name. I cant remember the meaning so I will try and find out for you. I dont know of an english equivalent. Hello Tania, There is no English equivalent that I know of and the meaning escapes me also. Does it have something to do with green? Please let me know the web page with Croatian names and meanings. I have searched high and low and can not find any such page.
