Try and find what was surname town of origin was on S^olta ? For example, Maslinica, Doneje Selo, Rogac^, Grohote, Nec^ujam, Stomorska, etc. The LDS-Mormons may have filmed its parish church records as they did for some of the towns located on otok Brac^ (a larger island) Expect that any such parish church records would be in Italian language and not in Croatian ?
