I am the "cousin" Ashley speaks of in her request below. We have been corresponding with the granddaughter of the Mrs. Putrih we met while in Delnice, Croatia last April, and she has enlightened us regarding the name "Putrihov". She says that is how they call a member of the Putrih family. For example in the Horvat family, any member is called "Horvatov", etc. We are so enjoying our contact with this 17 year old student. She is very interested in learning about America and has shared so many things about Croatia with us. She is a wonderful example of the caring people we met while in her country.
