I discovered recently that my uncle's northern Italian family --my aunt is the Croatian one in their family-- lived in part in a town called Kaylor, PA. I haven't checked this out. Is the town name familiar to anyone with a PA background? I have been thinking this branch of his family must have been there working in the mines, as the branch my aunt married into worked in the UP Michigan mines. Anyone know of a Kaylor, PA? What kind of mining, for coal?
