Donna, i don't know if we corresponded last year or not as there have been at least 6 major catastrophies to my e-mail since then. Again.l Enough of fear and loathing, about BLAZEVIC: my grandmother's mother was a BLAZEVIC from Sunger / Mrkopalj. Grandmother thought she had no close relatives from that branch of her family in the USA and also said she was somewhat estranged from her mother and had not kept up contacts in Croatia from those relatives. She did tell me that her mother, Maria BLAZEVIC, had three sisters and a brother. They were possibly all born c. 1860 thru 1880? BLAZEVIC seems to be a fairly common name. If your family is not from the Riejeka area ( Sunger and Mrkopalj are in the hills east of Riejeka ) , I suspect that you'd be from another branch of an extensive family. Do please let me know.
