Piscetke (I left out the diacritical marks) is about 13 km NW of Karlovac. Netretic is on highway 6 out of Karlovac, but Piscetke is off the main highway. This was from the Freytag & Berndt road atlas of Croatia (Hrvatska). I bought it when I was in Croatia, but it's probably available from one of the big online bookstores. I could scan the particular page if that's all you need. Let me know.
