Thanks for the info. I believe (don't have the file at hand) that I noticed that record a few years ago and ordered his death certificate, but didn't find a match. His birth date is off (our Mato is Sep 17th 1886) and I believe a son (John) was listed as the informant (our Mato died without starting a new family we think). I'll keep the link on file, as it may come in handy when we get a solid lead.
