This was one of the very few breweries in Nevada at the time. Martin was on the U.S. Census of Population for 1870 in Gold Hill listed as an Austrian as most Croatians were at the time. The name Panian is found in many parts of Croatia. Many other names from early times in America to now. Your relatives and ancestors may be among them.
