    3. Darrell, Yes, I show Charles Ballew III as having md. Mary Crews on 7 July 1753. Charles the 3rd was the son of Charles Ballew, Jr. & Temperance Bailey. There could well have been a middle name of Thomas for one of these men although I have no record of such. We do know that Charles Ballew III and Mary had a son Reverend Thomas Ballew born 1 March 1779 who md. Frances "Fanny" Hubbard. Don't know if this is any help but maybe gives a clue to your comment.
