I don't recognize the parish names. Is this in America or England? David Family of Margaret Sherme Margaret Sherme was the first child of John Sherme and Thomasine Adams, and was baptised some time in August 1679, in the Parish of Kilkhampton. Unfortunately at this stage I am not certain on what date she was born/baptised. According to the I.G.I., Margaret married Symon Crews (or Cruse) in 1703 in the neighbouring Parish of Morwenstow. I have also discovered that Symon Crews was born around 1678, also in Morwenstow. Unfortunately there is no record of who his parents were. A subsequent search relvealed that they had 4 children, all shown as being born in Morwenstow. They were; John Crews - born 6th August 1708 Simon Crews - born 6th August 1713 Thomas Crews - born 25th March 1716 Nicholas Crews - born 10th April 1719 At this stage I have not been able to determine whether any of the above children married, whether they had children of their own, or what became of them.
