DAVID CREW b Va 25 Jan 1767; in Stokes Co NC marriage records is found a bond for David Crews & BETSEY RUSSELL 22 May 1813; listed 1800 NC census Stokes Co as David Crews, Sr w. 3 males under 10; one male age 26-44; 1 female under age 10; 2 F age 10-16; 1 female 26-44; The "Equity Suit reported" David moved to the West"; a David Crews in Wayne Co, Ind 1820 as a single man over 45 yrs of age. If this our David what became of all the family? He would have been 53 yrs old in 1820. There are 3 other Crews in 1820 Ind census & they are prob all related & live in adjoining co's.
