Pat, Sorry I can't be of more help with Sarah PLEASANTS & MONROE. Supposedly they both married a John CREW as of course did our Sarah GATLEY. I can't recall off hand how I came up with all this. I remember I was reading a lot of the work of Clara Crew JONES (one of the earliest Crews researchers) but whether this relates to that or not, I can't say. Might possibly find it with a lot of digging but don't think it would yield anything of much help. I recall that I couldn't find documentation of worth. Most of it was speculation on the part of other researchers findings as well as my own. Nothing solid. Seems Clara Jones believed John md. a Catherine (Parker?) & 2nd Sara_____? I did not believe that correct. Then there was a possibility of a marriage of John Crew to a woman named Sara SANDERS. (Don't ask me where that came from!) Altogether I am hoping someone can come up with something concrete. Until then, I am staying with John having md. Sarah GATLEY.
