It's the only way I know to define that one from the others. I don't blame you for thinking that, though. There are so many Johns and Sarahs in those years that I can hardly believe we have them as well-defined as we do! To tell the truth, I'll bet there were MORE Johns than we think because there are certainly a slew of women who m. a John CREW. Can they ALL have been married more than once ? Anyway, you hold onto the John CREW/Sarah GATLEY combination because I certainly am. Until we can get some clear ideas about the others, who knows? Pat
