Hello All: Does anyone know which line this Mary Crews belongs to? Mary born ca1745 married John Compton in 1765 Culpepper Co., VA. John died in 1800 Halifax Co., VA. Mary died 1809 Halifax Co., VA. They had two sons, John & Richard. In Mary's will she asked David Crews and his son, John, to equally divide her land between her two sons, John & Richard. David Crews, Sr. & his son, John, were witnesses. The land was on Buckskin Creek in Halifax Co., VA. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You. Mary L. Hayes
