Hi Pat and Angela, My ggrandmother, Elizabeth Crews Nausley was a sister to Angela's ggggrandmother Amanda. I agree with all you said, Pat, except for Ephraim Crews. Their brother Ephraim was born in Jackson Co. Il, as were the rest of their brothers and sisters. Ephraim was listed on 1900 Jackson Co. census with wife Minnie and son Brewster. He was a coal miner.
