The misuse of Indian monies for anything and everything are so well-documented that I'm always surprised when I learn of anything that was handled honestly and above-board and the Indians involved received a just settlement! I don't quite understand Mr. Wright's status, though. Was he part of a private enterprise being paid by the government to handle the payments, or was he a government employee? Thanks! Evelyn
