I see.... I will try to delete ALL EXCEPT the e-mail to which I am replying. Having the short- medium- and long-term memory loss---ha, I really dislike receiving an e-mail which pertains to something I might need a "prompter" to understand. Re your cc's ---can't you just use Reply instead of Reply All ? I do wish it were easier, but I do understand where Judy is coming from. Thanks, Tim ! g
